One in every nine women suffers from postpartum depression, and many of them feel isolated due to a lack of support from their loved ones.

Overview of the Project

Functionality

The app focuses on assisting users in completing their desired actions, which include having reminders, understanding their moods, and keeping track of their health. 

Visual Design

The app makes use of the significance of colour and illustrations to guide the user on which buttons to click. As well, based on the mother's actions, visual messages appear to cheer them up.

Features

Daily Tracker:

Every day, a quiz will be pushed to ascertain the mother's moods by inquiring as to how she feels. Each outcome generates encouragement, support, and suggestions. 

Reminders: 

To feed, play, and bond with the infant. Additionally, for themselves to take medication, treat themselves, meditate, and more. 

Health: 

Encourage mothers to exercise, get enough sleep, and spend time outside.

Target Outcome:

To be a dependable source of mental health support for new mothers
